Products may appear different in color and style than the photos displayed on our website due to lighting during photography. If you receive your order and the colors just aren’t quite right, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund of the rental fee and deposit prior to your order being shipped. If your order has shipped, a partial credit will be issued (minus the deposit and shipping fees) if the unused garments are returned prior to the event date.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) will deliver your order 18-21 days before your wedding or special event. If ordered within that time our products are processed and shipped by us within 48 hours of your order being placed, Monday through Thursday from San Diego, California. If you placed your order on Friday or over the weekend, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Currently, we only accept orders from within the United States. All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and usually take 2-3 business days to receive once shipped, if you need your order sooner please contact us. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. This email will allow you to track your package during its transit to you, so hold onto it until you receive your package.
